Using the highest titre showed a positive result during haemagglutinin assay (1/8), 37,8 kDa Vibrio cholerae protein purification then diluted with the serum containing 49, 8kDa Shigella flexneri polyclonal antibody produced from Balb/c mice that had been vaccinated with 49, 8kDa Shigella flexneri.
