Two-fold serial dilutions of antisera 1033T1, T2, T3 and 1034T1, T2, T3 were identified in an ELISA assay using recombinant VP1 coated in microtitration plates. All samples were pre-diluted 1000 times and were then subjected to ELISA assays.
