1a. Homology modelled structure of LEP_IRMP. The homology module of Insight II software was used for modelling LEP_IRMP using FepA of E. coli as the template protein. Structural superimposition of the crystal structure of FepA on the modelled structure of LEP_IRMP showed high degree of similarity 1b.
