Dear Editor,
The article was presented as a poster (PP-027) in the 5th Ditan Internatinal Conference on Infectious Diseases and its abstract was published in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases, Volume 15 Supplement 1, July 2011 ISSN 1201 - 9712. It has not been published as a full length article.
Authors are required to declare whether the study or part of it has been presented and published in conference abstracts in supplemental issues of a peer reviewed journal. This does not prevent them from publishing the study as a full article in any other journal.
