Indian Journal of Medical Microbiology-IJMM (Print -0255-0857, Online - 1998-3646) is the official publication of Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists (IAMM). The journal is peer-reviewed open access publication and published quarterly in January, April, July and October.

The journal’s full text is online at www.ijmm.org, www.bioline.org.br/mb and http://medind.nic.in/iau/iaum.shtml. The journal’s website gets over 1,500 unique visitors every day. The journal allows free access (Open Access) to its contents and permits authors to self-archive final accepted version of the articles on any OAI-compliant institutional / subject-based repository. With the aim of faster and better dissemination of knowledge, we will be publishing articles ‘Ahead of Print’ immediately on acceptance.

The journal will cover technical, clinical and bioengineering studies related to medical microbiology including bacteriology, virology, phycology, mycology, parasitology, and protozoology. The journal publishes peer-reviewed original research papers, case reports, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, and debates.
